1. Definitions
“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to West Sussex Fitted Interiors. “Customer” refers to the
individual or entity purchasing goods or services. “Contract” means the agreement formed upon
acceptance of a quotation.
2. Quotations
All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing.
Quotations are based on information available at the time and may be subject to revision if
specifications, measurements, or site conditions change.
3. Design, Survey, and Measurements
Any designs, drawings, or measurements provided prior to a full site survey are indicative only. The
Company shall conduct a final site survey prior to manufacturing to confirm dimensions, access,
and suitability. Manufacturing will not commence until the survey has been completed and
approved. The Company shall not be liable for inaccuracies arising from information supplied by the
Customer or third parties.
4. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract value is payable upon
acceptance of the quotation. The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) is due immediately upon
completion of installation. The Company reserves the right to suspend or withhold services for
non-payment.
5. Title to Goods
All goods supplied shall remain the sole property of West Sussex Fitted Interiors until payment has
been made in full and cleared funds received. The Company reserves the right to recover goods in
the event of non-payment.
6. Installation and Customer Responsibilities
The Customer shall ensure the installation area is fully prepared and accessible. The Company
shall not be responsible for the removal or refitting of carpets prior to or following bedroom
installations. Carpet removal must be undertaken by the Customer, and refitting should be carried
out by a qualified professional carpet fitter. The Company shall not be liable for delays or additional
costs arising from inadequate preparation.
7. Warranties
The Company provides a seven (7) year warranty on all doors and a ten (10) year warranty on all
carcasses. These warranties are valid provided that the products have not been subjected to waterdamage, misuse, alteration, or damage caused by the Customer or third parties. Normal wear and
tear is excluded. This warranty covers materials and workmanship only.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage.
Liability shall be limited to the value of the contract except where liability cannot be limited under
law. The Company shall not be responsible for pre-existing structural defects or issues outside its
control.
9. Data Protection
The Company processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Customer data shall be used solely for the purposes of contract performance, administration, and
aftercare and shall not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or to fulfil the
contract.
10. Cancellation
Where goods are bespoke or made to order, cancellation after manufacturing has commenced may
result in the Customer being liable for costs incurred by the Company.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1. Purpose
This Complaints Procedure outlines how customers, clients, employees, can raise
concerns about our services, products, or conduct. Our aim is to investigate all
complaints fairly, promptly, and confidentially, and to resolve issues wherever
possible.
2. Scope
This procedure applies to:
• All customers and service users
• Employees
• Contractors and partners
• Any individual who interacts with our company

To help us process the complaint quickly, please include:

4. Acknowledgement of Complaint
Once received, we will:
• Acknowledge the complaint within 2 working days
• Provide a reference number (if applicable)
• Give an estimated timeframe for a full response
5. Investigation Process
We will:
1. Review all information and evidence provided
2. Speak to relevant staff or departments3. Request additional information if needed
4. Keep you informed of progress
Complaints will normally be fully investigated and responded to within 10 working
days. If more time is required, we will notify you with an updated timeline.
6. Outcome
Once the investigation is complete, we will provide a written response including:
• Our findings
• Any action taken to resolve the complaint
• Any improvements we plan to implement
Where appropriate, we may offer:
• An apology
• A remedy (refund, replacement, service correction, etc.)
• An explanation of changes to prevent recurrence
7. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request an escalation within 5
working days of receiving our response.
Your complaint will then be reviewed by:
• A senior manager, or
• An independent internal panel (depending on company structure)
A final written outcome will be provided within 10 working days of escalation.
8. Confidentiality
All complaints will be handled sensitively and in accordance with data protection
laws. Information will only be shared with individuals directly involved in resolving
the issue.
9. Continuous Improvement
We regularly review complaints to identify patterns and implement improvements
to our services, processes, and customer experience.
